HELP.SSDIADVOCATE.US
Terms of Use
Effective October 28, 2026
These terms describe the SSDI Advocate website at help.ssdiadvocate.us, operated by Go Referral Agent LLC. Read these terms, the Privacy & Consent Notice, and the form’s contact disclosure before submitting a request.
The service
This website is a private advertising and matching service for adults in the United States. It gathers information for a possible review by participating providers. It is not the Social Security Administration, a government agency, or a law firm. It does not provide legal, medical, financial, or government eligibility advice.
The questionnaire is automated. Answers are collected to support a review request; they are not an eligibility or legal determination. This form does not submit a benefits application. You can apply directly through SSA without using this service.
Your information and contact instructions
Submit information about yourself that is accurate to the best of your knowledge. You must be at least 18 and authorized to provide the contact details you enter. Do not submit another person’s sensitive information, Social Security numbers, medical records, payment information, or material the form does not request.
Contact permission is described in the form’s separate disclosure and affirmative checkbox. By choosing that permission and submitting, you provide your electronic signature for the contact instructions shown. Consent is not a condition of purchasing goods or services. See the privacy notice and the contacting provider’s instructions for withdrawal options.
Independent providers and no guaranteed outcome
Participating providers make their own decisions about case reviews, eligibility for their services, and representation. We do not guarantee a response, provider match, representation, approval of benefits, timing, or a benefit amount. SSA determines benefit eligibility and approval. Prior outcomes do not guarantee future results.
There is no charge to submit this website’s review request and no obligation to hire a provider. Any representation, fees, and costs must be explained in a separate agreement with the provider. Submitting information does not create an attorney-client relationship and may not be protected by attorney-client privilege.
Availability and appropriate use
Services may not be available in all locations or circumstances. Website content and features may change, and errors or interruptions may occur. Do not misuse the service, submit fraudulent requests, impersonate others, interfere with operation, or attempt unauthorized access.
