A SIMPLE PLACE TO START

One step at a time.

You don’t need to have every answer before you begin.

  1. 01

    Share the basics

Answer a few questions about your work history and current situation. You can leave at any time.

  2. 02

    Request a review

Choose whether to share your contact details and ask participating providers to follow up.

  3. 03

    Discuss your next step

A participating provider can discuss your circumstances, representation, and possible next steps.

START WITH YOUR SITUATION

You have questions.
That’s why we’re here.

The process can feel unfamiliar. A review request is a starting point for a conversation, with no commitment to hire a representative.

Already applied or been denied?

Let a provider know where you are in the process. Any appeal options depend on your circumstances and deadlines.

Wondering about your work history?

Work history is one of several factors SSA considers. This questionnaire does not determine eligibility.

Want to understand representation?

Ask a participating provider about services, fees, and costs before agreeing to representation.

BEFORE YOU BEGIN

A few things to know.

Is this a government website?

No. SSDI Advocate is a private advertising and matching service operated by Go Referral Agent LLC. We are not SSA, a government agency, or a law firm. You can apply directly through SSA without using our service.

Will this tell me whether I qualify for benefits?

No. These questions gather information for a possible provider review. SSA makes benefit eligibility and approval decisions. Submitting this form does not apply for benefits and does not guarantee contact, representation, approval, or a particular benefit amount.

Does requesting a review cost anything?

There is no charge to submit a review request through this website and no obligation to hire a provider. Any representation, fees, and costs are explained in a separate agreement with the provider.

Who will receive my information?

If you choose to submit a review request, Go Referral Agent LLC and the participating legal service providers identified in the consent disclosure may receive the information you provide. Read the disclosure and linked policies before submitting. Consent documentation tools may record your interaction with the form.

WHEN YOU’RE READY
